A leading multinational company in the flexible packaging sector is looking to add a Senior Key Account Manager for HPC (Home & Personal Care) to its team. The ideal candidate will be based in the European Union and will have a strong and extensive experience with large accounts in the HPC industry (examples: Procter&Gamble, Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, Henkel, Kimberly Clark, etcetera).

Role description

  • Communicate regularly with key customers, conducting personal visits.
  • Be actively engaged in a process of continuous development of industry, product and competitor knowledge.
  • Design activities in orderto achieve revenues on targets, propose and plan actions to maximize customer contacts.
  • Ability to be on a business travels abroad regularly.
  • Concluding cooperation agreements with clients.
  • Keep a fluid relationship with other departmentswithin the company and plants.

Requirements (H/M/D)

Academic Background

  • University degree.

Previous Experience

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales in EU scope.
  • Experience in Packaging industry.
  • Valuable previous experiences selling in Key Accounts in several markets.
  • Proven track record generating new business in critical KAMs
  • Good portfolio contacts of decision makers within most important Kams in HPC segments.

Languages

  • High level of english, other languages will be a plus.
