Nordics - Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with experience in managing photovoltaic (PV) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and final handover, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar photovoltaic projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
• Monitor project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure project quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Lead project close-out activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover to the client.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management of photovoltaic or renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of solar PV technologies, construction processes, and electrical systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and environmental standards.
• PMP certification or similar is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
