As part of its ongoing expansion strategy, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and grow the business in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

Descripción del puesto de trabajo

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients in the DACH region.

  • Identify and acquire new clients within the industrial sector.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and competitive trends.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations

Perfil buscado (H/M/D)

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the industrial sector.

  • Strong knowledge of the German, Swiss, and / or Austrian markets.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).

  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required.
