Empresa reconocida del sector hotelero busca incorporar a su equipo un Director de Revenue & Sales, reportando al Chief Marketing Officer.
Descripción del puesto de trabajo
El Director de Revenue Management y Ventas será responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas y gestión de ingresos para optimizar la rentabilidad de toda nuestra cartera en la región Iberia.
Revenue Management:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
- Oversee the optimization of room rates, availability, and distribution channels.
- Collaborate effectively with the Operations teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration.
- Develop and execute sales plans, including corporate, leisure, and group sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in the Iberian hospitality market.
- Develop comprehensive market strategies to enhance brand positioning and competitive advantage.
- Stay informed about industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes affecting the market.
Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue management and sales team.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure coordinated efforts.
- Present revenue and sales performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Perfil buscado (H/M/D)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in revenue management and sales within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Used to work in a fast paced environment.
- Based in Madrid. Availability to travel.
