Mission:

Leader energy company is seeking a Sales Director is a dynamic role, requiring comprehensive client management and commercial leadership across Spain. Lead and manage strategic accounts across hard-to-abate industries. This role involves developing and executing business plans, offering customized decarbonization solutions, and maintaining strong commercial relationships with key clients in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Fertilizers, Maritime, and Aviation.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with large industrial clients, understanding their specific energy needs and sustainability goals. Maintain and strengthen relationships with local partners, contractors, advisors, institutions, offtakers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop tailored proposals that showcase our hydrogen solutions' value proposition, supporting clients in their decarbonization journey.
  • Design and implement business strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed hydrogen solutions align with client requirements, providing expert advice on feasibility and implementation.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities in large-scale hydrogen adoption.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry forums and events, positioning the company as a leader in green hydrogen solutions.

Skills required (M/F/D):

  • Ms/Bs University Degree in Industrial / Chemical or similar.
  • Minimum of 8 years in business development, sales or key account management within the renewable energy or industrial gases sector. Experience with hydrogen projects is a significant plus.
  • A proven track record in managing large industrial accounts and closing complex energy deals and contract management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English (C1) is required.
