- Lead and manage the team of Key Account Managers in Hungary.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Identify and open new key accounts, establishing strong and lasting business relationships.
- Manage and develop existing key accounts to maximize their potential.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective integration and alignment of commercial strategies.
- Analyze the market and competition to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare commercial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Represent the company at relevant trade fairs and commercial events.
Perfil buscado (H/M/D)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the gardening or DIY sector.
- Experience in managing commercial teams and developing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of the Hungarian market and its dynamics.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hungarian is an additional advantage.
